Отель плохой! The hotel is bad!

We stayed at the hotel 4 years ago. Liked. We decided to come back as a group for spring break. Were unpleasantly surprised by the past changes! ! The hotel pulls on a weak three! The rooms are cleaned badly, the room is not prepared at night, replenishment in the bathroom is not regular. They react to comments and requests, expressing their readiness to fix everything, but at the same time they do practically nothing! They cook well, but there is simply no service in restaurants: there are always mountains of dirty dishes on the tables, water on request, and they can only bring it at the end of a meal... The reaction to comments is simply polite . . The hotel has become almost 100% Russian-speaking. It's a pity that such a beautifully located hotel turns into a third-rate hotel!! ! If you care about your nervous system and know what is GOOD - it's better not to go! No WI-FI! Respect yourself!
