We arrived at the hotel - very nice in appearance, we go into the room and are horrified - WHERE is the new furniture promised? To say that the furniture is OBSHARPAN is to say nothing. The view from the room without a balcony on the houses, where various rags and linen hang, air conditioner fans, etc. are working. The picture is depressing. True, at the first request, the room was changed to a room with a balcony and a view of the Persian Gulf. The carpeting had not been vacuumed for a long time, and in the midst of this dusty splendor was a used ear stick. On the trail. the day after cleaning THE WAND WAS IN THE PLACE!! ! We complain to the reception desk, a council of 4 people gathers, and decides what needs to be vacuumed... I’ll say right away that clean towels need to be shaken, they are brought on demand (immediately when cleaning they are often wet they picked it up, but clean ones - sorry, they didn’t deliver), and they are waiting for tips. During the 2 weeks of our stay, they vacuumed it 1 more time when I stood over my soul and screamed. there is a very busy highway nearby and the dirt settles worse than in Moscow. Therefore, they simply did not give a tip - there was simply nothing for it.
There are also planes - we had fun looking from the balcony, who released the landing gear and who did not... Think about the sound effects yourself...
Food is a separate topic, you can eat and often even tasty, just 4 days before our departure, the Vietnamese waitresses disappeared somewhere (it seems like they were raked in without calling) and we ate HOT FOOD for 4 whole days, before that the temperature of the soup did not exceeded 25-30 degrees.

Personnel - immigrants from Iran, Pakistan, Bangladesh. We, as experienced ones, bought alcohol and 2 cases of beer in Duty Free, which caused envious glances from the rest of the hotel residents. So some of the staff - I called him the "draft master" - he opened and closed the doors at the entrance and exit of the hotel, decided to treat himself to vodka and asked. Not a problem! we said, and after work he came in, drank a few vodkas and sharply inflamed with love, said that he would sleep with us and marry my friend. With eyes round with horror (what a generous Russian soul brings! ) They kicked him out for about an hour. Then for another 3 days he just came in and asked for a drink and sleep... Another similar shot - a lifeguard by the pool. He poses as a massage therapist and offers a massage followed by sexual harassment, only screaming and threatening to call the police drove him out of our room and we didn't see him for a week at all when he thought we had left (naive! ) and new people had arrived, he he showed up when he saw us, he was a little embarrassed, but because We didn't scream, I thought everything was fine. and climbed into the pool to swim!! ! It just finished me off. The pool is 3 strokes, dirty, the dirt on the sides has never been washed off - and vacationers were swimming in it at that moment. This was followed by a call to the reception and this unfortunate rescuer-masseur was blown away by the wind.
Transfer is generally a song. At 9 am to the beach - pick up at 1 pm, shopping at 5 pm, every day a different store.
The bulk of vacationers in the Emirates are people who come for shopping, and everyone is drawn to Nasser Square, where cheap and not very high-quality goods (I do not take into account the trade in large wholesale and fur coats). In search of presents for family and loved ones, we took a taxi (because Nasser Square wants the whole bus) went to large shopping centers 4 times, probably. At the same time, before leaving, we showed our purchases to two women (Nasser lovers), who groaned and gasped that we bought everything cheaper and better. So about the bus. The first week it broke down all the time, and the hotel rented another one, we didn’t know what we would go on, whether we would go at all, and what we would return to . . A week later, when people got on the bus and were about to go to the next store, the driver turned off the engine and quit... There were no problems with the beach - they rented it, but with shopping trips... It was fun . .
Briefly about the beaches. There are three of them. 2 paid, one no. Paid and free are in Jumeirah - half an hour in traffic jams, or even more, another paid beach in the park (AL Mamzar) away from the main part of the hotels and 5 minutes. from us. Therefore, it is clean, they just drove stingrays in the water, and most importantly, if you go beyond the breakwater, there is a second beach, and a third one through the breakwater. T. K. all the people immediately fell on the sand - we walked another 30 meters and, God forbid, someone else was on the second beach. Beauty!
