Check-in went smoothly and immediately upon arrival. At first, the presence of only English-speaking staff at the reception was annoying, but even my entry level was enough for paperwork and communication. )
Many thanks to Samondok - the Russian-speaking guy at the reception, who came to the second shift. A very attentive and friendly young man. This is a separate huge plus for the hotel for such staff! Helped in all matters. Especially with itineraries. Very detailed, patiently explained everything and gave useful advice. Because of this, we only used a taxi 2 times. In other cases - public transport.
I liked everything in the hotel. Cleanliness, order, friendliness. The only remark: when checking in, explain to tourists how to use the electronic scoreboard at the invitation of the staff for cleaning and replenishing water, tea and coffee. Now I understand why some people complain that they didn't clean their room)
We only took breakfast. Buffet. Not Egypt, but you won't go hungry. But fresh juices pleased.
Loved the rooftop pool. Photos with a sail are cool!
Free beach, but towels, sunbeds, umbrellas - expensive (bring your own). It takes about 10 minutes to go there by bus, but from there a taxi (or a bus takes a very long time).
I advise everyone this hotel: 3 minutes to the red line of the metro and buses! 15 minutes walk to the bus station (flower park, etc. ) and the mall.
