Visited this 5 star hotel in early December 2020.
Our more expensive room was originally given to a couple ahead of us in line for promising to write a good review. Then our new room was cleaned for 3-4 hours... But our adventures did not end there, when we entered the old, dusty and not fresh room, we found that there was practically nothing in the room (lack of bathrobes, slippers and towels). The water pressure is terrible in the shower, save, apparently. But the most tinny began when, once again going into the bathroom, they found a NEST OF COCKROACHES... I remind you: this is a 5-star hotel for 10.000 rubles a night. They did not want to evict us until the morning and asked us to remove photos and videos of cockroaches by all possible means.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it is terrible. Thanks for ruining our holiday.
P. S. The pool is on the roof and it is very small, and hotel workers constantly swim in it)
