The hotel is luxurious! I was surprised by the fact that the room turned out to be a suite! It turns out there are only suites! Moreover, the prices are at the level of standard rooms in other hotels. The room is large, with a separate bedroom, living room and a full kitchen, there is a balcony. Access to the bathroom from the bedroom, which is very convenient. 2 plasma TVs (in the bedroom and living room) + DVD, desk, safe, dining table, large refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric stove, dishes, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, ironing board, iron, hair dryer , bathrobes, slippers... - in general, everything you need, and even more. The flying, cosmic design of the rooms, full-wall windows with a fantastic view (we lived on the 15th floor) - amaze and delight. Everything is new and clean. Paintings on the walls, luxurious interior details and high quality bath/bath products. . . Cleaning daily. Even bed. By the way, the bed is SUPERRR!
We took the BB system (breakfast only). Buffet from 6.30 to 11.00, on weekends - until 13.00 (! ) Breakfasts are varied, everything is fresh and tasty. Coffee / juices - natural. Nothing to complain about. The rest of the time we bought food at the Spinneys supermarket, to the right of the hotel, in the same place (right in the supermarket) Macdonalds, Pizza Hut and much more, everything works around the clock. Often cooked at home. Saved a lot by this. Interestingly, food from any city cafe or restaurant can be ordered by phone directly to the room, and delivery is free and the hotel allows it. You just need to take a cafe business card first.
Keep in mind, the hotel is alcohol-free, there is no alcohol in the supermarket either, so stock up in Duty free. Or go across the street from the hotel, to an English pub, but it's nightly, called "Rock bottom". There and alcohol, and dancing, and live music...
The hotel is directly connected to the huge Burjuman shopping complex, which is considered one of the best in Dubai. Everything's there. By the way, in any of the hundreds of cafes inside the complex, there is free Wi-Fi (in the hotel it is very expensive - $ 8 per hour).
Also in the building, there is a huge, elite Fitness club. Guests are allowed to exercise for free. A huge number of simulators, each additionally equipped with a monitor and headphones. Individual and group yoga, aerobics or dance classes. There are 2 swimming pools (children's and adult, with paths), sauna, steam room. Fitness room - beyond praise!
There is a metro station next to the hotel. The metro is a must see. I don’t even want to describe it, just use it at least 1 time. To know that this happens. It costs 5 dirhams (40-45 rubles)
From the hotel to the beach to go about five minutes, by taxi = $ 3-4. This is Jumeira beach - public, free. The beach is sandy, very clean, equipped with cabins, toilets, showers and gazebos. The second option: Jumeira beach park - the entrance is paid (5 dirhams), the beach is more organized. It takes about 10 minutes to get from the hotel, by taxi = $7-8.
We rented a car - it is very convenient and profitable. You can take it directly at the airport upon arrival, it costs about $ 30 / day. The hotel has free parking. Traveled everywhere: Dubai Mall, Emirates Mall, Mercato Mall, City Center, Wafi Center, Ibn Battuta Mall, Marina Dubai, Atlantis and Palm, Ski Dubai
Be sure to visit the Dubai Mall - the largest shopping complex in the world. Located next to the tallest building in the world. Here: Incredible, Fantastic Aquarium and Zoo. Nearby: The dancing fountain is also the MOST in the world!
The desert safari was amazing.
Unfortunately, there was little time, I really want to go back and finish what we started. Definitely, Dubai is amazing! The brains are there. . .
I recommend the hotel.
