I'll start from the very beginning. Flying with Flydubai. Everything is fine: brand new Boeing 737-800, friendly crew, who (not least) spoke Arabic, English, Russian, German and French! The only negative is that they don’t serve food on the plane (and it takes 4 hours to fly from Kharkov to Dubai), so stock up on food and music, films or books so that you have something to do (since everything is paid on board). If you want to pay with a card on the plane - please, but your order must be at least 50 dirhams. At the Dubai airport, upon arrival, passport control went through very quickly in 20 minutes, along with a retinal scan.

Now a little about the hotel. In general, nothing, just fulfills its 3 stars) the rooms are cozy, comfortable. BUT... we lived in 208, the bath drain was leaking when the water was open for a long time ((( The food is quite edible, always fresh, but the minus is that it’s the same day after day. By the last day I couldn’t eat the same thing and ate yogurts (which they have very tasty)! Coffee and tea are available both in the rooms and at breakfasts, but the cheapest, ours))) At 9 am, the hotel bus (free of charge) drove to Al Mamzar beach and to 13.00 took back! The beach is located in the Al Mamzar park area, where it is very beautiful, clean white sand and sooooo much space, no one lies on their heads like in their native Crimea. By the way, there are about 5-6 beaches in this steam zone, so there is a considerable choice, or you can visit a new one every day))) You shouldn’t go to Jumeirah Beach, the coastline is narrow, the sand is not so white and clean + there is a road nearby , in general, apart from the proximity of Burj Al Arab (sail hotel), I didn’t notice any more pluses there! From Deira (Dubai's shopping district) to Jumeirah we took a taxi for 80 dirhams. The hotel is located near the Union metro station. In the metro, when buying tickets, you name the station to which you need to go. From Union to Dubai Mall (Burj Khalifa), for example, the ticket price will be 6 dirhams. Many travel by taxi, which can be caught simply by waving your hand (because there are a lot of them, you won’t have to wait). 3 dirhams are taken for landing, then according to the counter and +5 dirhams for crossing any bridge. In the evening, a bus takes you from the hotel to the City Mall (at 17.00) and picks you up at 21.00!

About excursions. Upon arrival, the representative of the travel agency immediately offers a lot of excursions and immediately says supposedly you need to sign up in advance. For example, a survey of Dubai cost $60. And at the entrance to the beach - $ 25. Excursions are offered in a variety of ways - to Abu Dhabi, safari, a trip to the ocean, a sightseeing tour of Dubai, water parks, etc. We went on a tour with Aladdin. quite good I must say, they more than earned their 25 dollars. Those wishing to climb the Burj Khalifa should buy tickets in advance, because there they are taken apart at a crazy speed. We bought on Tuesday afternoon and stayed only on Thursday at 21.30. The ticket price is 125 dirhams. I will not speak for everyone, but I really liked it on the "roof of the world".

Food prices are quite reasonable. I would not say that it is much more expensive than ours, but the products are much tastier (+)!! ! And the portions in the cafe are quite large) that is, there the price corresponds to the quantity! We dined at Golden folk, there are a lot of them and the menu is extensive. For all lovers of shopping, welcome to Nasar Square, where you will be offered anything (from fur coats to equipment) and will not want to let go until you buy something)))) Knowledge of the language. ENGLISH KNOW EVERYONE! Russian is also known by many, and even those who do not speak, many understand what you are talking about (as the driver told us when we were taken to the airport). Everyone in the hotel spoke only English. And so, in general, there are a lot of Russian tourists who themselves want to get to know you and share their impressions) Wi-Fi in the hotel costs 10 dirhams / hour. The fountains near Burj Khalifa, which work from 18.00 every half hour, were very struck by their beauty. In general, I really liked the rest, a lot of new impressions! And most importantly - I really want to go back there!
