Almost everything: check-in is fast, service and cleanliness in the room - you can't imagine better; the staff is very attentive to any requests and polite; food for breakfast - very tasty and different all the time!! ! With an early check-out, they brought with them a package of croissants, juice, fruits.
Location - very close to 2 metro stations (including Dubai Mall), Burj Khalifa, a large supermarket with reasonable prices (open until 1 am), other restaurants and cafes with ice cream and donuts.
The room has all the utensils in order to easily and quickly organize dinner for yourself (if desired), at our request they also brought a pan (they cooked large freshly caught shrimp from the fish market 40 dirhams / kilogram) and a frying pan (which they never used). There was also a toaster and an iron and ironing board in the room. Fresh newspapers (in English) were brought daily for free and they added coffee bags, 3 types of tea and water to replace the used ones.
There are practically no Russian-speaking compatriots in this hotel, and accordingly the staff speaks only English, there are no Russian channels on TV; newspapers, menus and all hotel information in brochures are also in English.
Of the minuses:
- no transfer to the beach, walk far (30-40 min. ), Taxi 15 dirhams.
- Wi-Fi is paid (if you just want to check your mail or make a short Skype call, you can exit the hotel to the right, in the next building stop near the Dunkin Donuts cafe and take advantage of all the benefits of free Wi-Fi checked : )
- this is not a hotel problem, but nevertheless at 5 am you will be awakened by morning prayers from the mosque (if the windows face the courtyard or in the western part of the hotel). It is better to ask for a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa and Sheikh Zayed (although there is a round-the-clock noise of the road).
In general, everything met our expectations and read the reviews.
We wish you all a good holiday.
