We went to the hotel on New Year's Eve. The first thing that immediately struck me unpleasantly was that the continuous hum in the room was not clear due to the nearby round-the-clock construction sites or something else in the hotel... True, they felt it only the first day, then they simply passed out from fatigue. 80% of Russians, 18% of Iranians and 1-2% of other nations live in the hotel. Every day they take to the beach for free. There are generally only Russians on the beach, so the impression is that they did not leave Russia. Moreover, at the reception they saw ladies (most likely Ukraine and Kazakhstan) with a mentality from the former Scoop - very rude communication and no respect. It is much more pleasant to communicate with Pakistan or India. On the first day, when registering, they took away the passports, which is also unpleasant, and gave them back only upon departure. Breakfasts are normal for 3 * - you will not stay hungry, although without much variety. The room is not small, decently furnished. Cleaned normally, though not vacuumed every day, but towels are changed daily. In general, the impression is good, if not for the attitude at the reception.
