We rested at the hotel in March 2013, together with my husband. We were in Dubai for the first time, booked for a promotion two months in advance. The service at the hotel is the best we have seen (compare with Egypt, Turkey). it was already 22-30, very big traffic jams, dinner time was over, we were immediately settled, at the reception we said that we were hungry and we were fed for free at the bar. Our room was overlooking the embankment, the windows did not open, but this it was not necessary, the air conditioner was constantly working. The room is freshly renovated, everything is clean and tidy. All toiletries are available, linen is changed daily. The staff is polite, there is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, they took us a deposit of 300 dirhams per person, we didn’t pay in cash, but they blocked us on a credit card, it’s very convenient, you don’t need to carry cash with you, you just entered the room number on the bill and that’s it, and upon departure, they counted and our balance of the amount was unlocked for 4 day after arrival home.
The hotel area is very green and of course its own beach, which is rare in Dubai, the service on the beach is also excellent. There is a lifeguard and security on the beach.
We also really liked the food at the hotel, we had breakfasts and dinners, dinner could be changed for lunch, but we never used it, as we left the hotel more and more at lunchtime. The breakfasts were varied: eggs in any form, fish , meat, cereals, vegetables, fruits, juices, pastries. Dinner was thematic: Russian, German, sea, grill, oriental. Several dinners were held with live music, the oriental evening was held with belly dancing, very beautiful. .

In general, the whole atmosphere of the hotel, the staff, the service, the sun, the sea made our holiday unforgettable. We will definitely return to this hotel!!! !
