I lived in room 403 (the 6th floor is the farthest from the clubs) - you can’t hear the music, so it didn’t interfere with sleep.
Pros: 1. excellent location for "independent tourists" (260 meters to the Union metro butt, even closer - the collection point for excursions from Arabian Nights). 2. very cheap
Cons: The first two floors are nightclubs for Filipinos, Indians and Pakistanis (open until 3 am). Breakfast is very poor and not very tasty. The staff is a bit slow-witted: once they lost the key to the room, they searched for more than an hour, assuring me that I didn’t hand it in (until they looked at the video surveillance recording) - after which the key was found somewhere in the bottom drawers of the reception...
Other things: in my room there was a new bed with a good mattress, a good TV, individual air conditioning (albeit too powerful for November : ) ). The plumbing was dead, the tank was leaking, there was a smell of chemicals from the ventilation.

In general, if you only need to spend the night near the metro - an acceptable option. However, if even a fraction of a percent of the "princess and the pea" sits in you, this option is not for you. More or less picky there is definitely nothing to do there. San Marco and that one is much better (although further from transport).
