To begin with, the hotel is completely deserted. There is no tree, no bush, no bench, nothing! Around unfinished, some barracks, everything is absolutely gray. There is no background music in the hotel, complete silence; silence on the pool, the water is cold, the jacuzzi does not work, you can’t jump into the pool, all this is served by a dull and sleepy guy.
It is almost impossible to have breakfast in the morning. 700 Chinese at the same time crammed into a small dining room like a subway car at rush hour, all the tables and the floor are strewn with eggshells and cucumbers. The noise is like at school at recess: the Chinese are yelling, talking to each other and all together, dangling between the tables. The entire staff is at a loss. They do not have time to make tea or coffee, or clean the tables. This movement continues from 6-30 to 9 am. Then, at the very least, you can have breakfast, but the bus to the beach has already left (9-00). We have to wait 12. When the Chinese subside, there is such deathly silence in the hotel that horror creeps through. The hotel until the evening resembles a ghost.
And in the evening, all the same Chinese and the queue for dinner, which goes beyond the dining room. You have to go down to dinner several times so as not to stand shamefully in line for food. We don’t have time for the evening bus again, since dinner starts at 18-30, and the bus leaves at 19-00. The evening is gone. It remains to sit in the dining room and listen to funeral music. She is truly a funeral! When I asked the manager why it was so, they answered "it should be so. " Or wander around a dead hotel (the Chinese were taken away again) or take $ 40 for a taxi (20 each way back and forth). It takes half an hour to drive to the nearest civilization.
We were also "lucky" with the weather: 4 out of 6 days it rained. On one of the days we got wet specifically, we also waited 4 hours for the transfer to the hotel.
Wet swimwear and towels in the hotel do not dry. We got out of the situation with a hairdryer. There was also no hair dryer in the room. Requests to the reception to bring the missing items to the room are fulfilled every third time. The faces of the staff are absolutely plastic, indifferent.
We went on vacation to celebrate the birthdays of the children. There is no practice of congratulating birthdays in the hotel.
The view from the window of the room is terrible, the ventilation either does not work at all, if it works, it becomes very cold and terribly smells of dampness (or mold). The room smells of cigarette smoke all the time. They refused to change the number.
Such a wonderful children's birthday (despite the fact that I specifically voiced this) was recommended to me by the manager of the TEZ tour company - an expert in his field.
It is a pity for the lost time (I generally keep quiet about money).
