Having settled, we regretted that we did not choose another hotel. The administrative staff at the reception left a very unpleasant impression. Rude, ill-mannered employees. It makes no sense to ask them for any information (regarding this hotel or the sights of the city), they still won’t be able to really answer. Firstly, they do not have any information, and secondly, they do not really speak English. Plus, for telephone conversations, they charge 5 times more than expected. We called Russia on a cell phone, talked for 1.5 minutes (tracked), paid 160 dirhams. On the very first day, the curtains fell on my head in the room (they were so heavy and did not open). The rooms are dark, the furniture is old, the smell is unbearable. The food is terrible, the staff hates Russians. These are our impressions. . .
