I didn’t really like the lack of Russian staff at the reception, but we met a Ukrainian girl who worked in a restaurant, so there were no problems. The room is quite comfortable, it’s very good for a triple, everything is clean and tidy, our room didn’t have a balcony, but it didn’t bother us, the view overlooked the neighboring hotel, which was a minor minus. The bathroom is good, I liked the closet with lighting, which is very convenient. A small minus was the lack of cold water, which was a problem to sit normally in the bathroom. Large mirror and bidet. There is a mini bar, nothing was taken from there, but the drinks there are pretty good. Everything was clean in the room, every day they came and cleaned, then we were even tired; )) The guy who cleaned our house was polite, kind, always smiled at us, did everything quickly and deftly. Breakfast is usually monotonous, but delicious, the girl who works in the restaurant is very polite and helpful, a nice person. The chef came out very often and made sure everything was right, whether the food was good, which was also a plus. Every morning, a minibus from the hotel drove to the beach, it is the most ordinary, but in principle, I can’t find fault with it, there are not so many places in it, but enough. She picks up, it seems, at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, brings it just in time for dinner. After 11 hours on the beach, there is nothing to do for those who do not tolerate excessive heat, because the water is very hot there, there is nowhere to hide, so a small minus was that they were taken away from the beach into the very heat, but you get used to it quickly, besides, you can get there early to leave by catching a taxi is not expensive. Lunch was delicious, quite varied, ate with pleasure. There are a number of supermarkets near the hotel, so there were no problems with dinner; . There is also a large supermarket, where everything is at small prices, there is a store that sells both food and things. There are also a couple of shops. The hotel is located near the metro station, which was very convenient, as it was easy to get to the right places, there is also a good souvenir shop, we really liked it. The hotel has paid Internet, inexpensive, I paid, I wanted to go to social networks, but some of them were blocked, while others worked very slowly, in general it is better not to use it. The pool is located on the roof, usually there were not very many people there, the pool is quite spacious, medium depth, cool, we liked it. Upon departure, we were well seen off, they were taken on time and carried the luggage to where it was needed. In general, for a threesome, the hotel was very pleased, although when I was driving, I thought that I would not be so pleased. I recommend it to everyone and would love to come back!
