Room service is top notch, cleaning twice a day, turndown service, daily bed linen change, etc. etc. But there is one minus. The air conditioner either blows icy air, or open the doors to the balcony. When choosing the second option, the room gets a lot of humidity due to temperature differences. Therefore, every day we had to turn on the air conditioner for a short time, and in some cases wait until the room warmed up a little before going to bed, we were worried about the health of our youngest daughter, and thank God everything worked out, but there was a risk of a cold. We ordered dinner in the room several times, the service is fast and of high quality. Of course, when traveling with children, comfort is the main point, and in this regard, the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray hotel meets all our criteria. Again, in terms of convenience, we have been booking tours in online agencies for more than a year. Of course, the most important thing for us is service. In terms of service, we received an individual approach to each family member, the wishes of all were taken into account. Not unimportant and nutrition, this definitely will not be a problem. The choice of dishes for every taste, there are always seafood on the menu, again at breakfast there is a choice of fresh juices, a children's table, although the older child ate from the adult menu, there was a choice. For the younger one, it was possible to order a porridge with milk, and mashed potatoes from selected fruits, and very tasty mashed soups. The mute was surprised by paid drinks for lunch and dinner, even for children, for the category of such a hotel this is a bit strange. In addition, we visited one of the 6 restaurants daily for free with vouchers that are issued upon check-in at the hotel. Again, it was quite enough for evening promenades along the beach, and the beach itself is very clean and, most importantly, close at hand, in such and such heat you don’t want to go far. As in the hotel, the service on the beach is good, they always helped us find free places, or in their absence they brought sunbeds to the right place. Ice cream or drinks are served along the beach throughout the day. There is also a restaurant on the beach where you can have a delicious lunch without any problems. The water is very warm, almost hot. For children it's just fine, but we often escaped from the heat in the pool, it was especially nice to be in the covered part of it. The pool is not deep at all, but the water in it is of a pleasant temperature, and what pleased me, the cooling is not strong, it is very comfortable to swim. The children's pool is very shallow, but it's for the best, you don't worry about the child at all. From the hotel, free shuttles run all day to the Aquapark, admission is free from the hotel, and to the most popular shops in Dubai. Since the hotel is no longer new, in some places in the interior you can see cracked, worn and hastily repaired parts, but again, this does not affect the overall impression of the hotel, although sometimes it is very noticeable.
