This year I had a rest in Flora Al Barsha Hotel. The room itself was not bad, but the windows didn't open at all, there was no oxygen in the room, that's bad. As for cleaning, room service, it was all right. The food is not very good, it is designed for Indians, as it is very spicy food, but they tried to solve it somehow, in principle, it was not bad. The guide is just terrible, he says the prices for excursions alone, then when you call to book an excursion, it turns out that the price is an order of magnitude higher than the one that was originally announced by the guide. In the eyes of the guide says "I did not say that", ie. I didn’t like it at all. In addition, the guide demanded a full 100% prepayment for excursions in a few days, we had never seen anything like this before, it was a TPG representative. We went to the beach once, and so, basically, we went to different beaches. Considering that this hotel is 4 *, I will give it 7 points out of 10 maximum. For 3 * - not a bad hotel, but as for 4 * - it does not live up to them.
