So it's my time to write a review about the hotel and vacation in Dubai.
The time of our trip is October 2012. We checked in in 10 minutes, the girls at the reception who know Russian are quite normal, at least my husband and I always smiled and politely answered all questions during the entire stay at the hotel.
The hotel is good, deservedly justifies its 3 stars. Small but very comfortable rooms. The shower, not so small as they wrote below, the two of us fit perfectly there. Water, of course, flows to the floor, but if the pressure is not pushed to its fullest, then it is quite normal. Minus there is no drying, but we opened the window and hung towels from the beach on the window, they dried out in a day. (513-room, normal view, no noise). Cleaning every day, change of towels every day too. Coffee, tea - also added every day. Costs are also normal, well, for 2 weeks, of course, we got fed up, but we didn’t die of hunger, we went to supermarkets and restaurants.

I don’t know, or I don’t pay attention to all sorts of little things, but I liked the hotel. I also forgot to say that in this hotel 80% (my opinion) are Russians. So, if you want to get away from our brothers and sisters, then this hotel is not for you. Although I think that in Dubai, you can’t hide from them anywhere, Russians are ubiquitous!
The bus goes to the beach Jumeirah Open Beach, but we went on it very rarely, when we accidentally got on time and there were empty seats. A taxi to this beach costs 12-13 dirham one way. From the beach to the hotel is the same if you cross the main road and catch a taxi from the side of the hotel. I think it’s not worth going to the paid beach of Jumeirah Park, we were there once the entrance was 5 dirhams, we liked our beach much more.
We went to all famous places: Burj Khalifa (I bought tickets via the Internet, it's much cheaper); Dubai Mall; Dubai Marina; Palm Islands; Ibn Batuta Mol; Madinat Jumeirah; Ferari; Abu Dhabi; Safari; Wild Wadi Aqua Park.
We took excursions to Abu Dhabi, I think that I wasted money in vain, we could safely go ourselves and see the Sheikh Zayed Mosque and much cheaper. (there was nothing else on this tour)
To the Ferrari Park (do not hesitate to take a separate excursion there for big money). We went by ourselves.
In the Bur Dubai area there is a bus station (AL Ghubalba), from our hotel a taxi is 10 dirhams. There are buses every 10 minutes to Abu Dhabi -25 dirham one way ticket. Tell the driver to stop at the bus station in Shaharme. There is a taxi to the Ferrari Park, they ask for 55, but we bargained for 40 dirhams, maybe you can try even less, I think it's worth it. Entrance to the park - 220 dirhams. The reverse is a little more difficult. They say that there is a bus to Abu Dhabi from the park for 2 dirhams, but we did not wait for it. We found a couple more young people who were waiting for the same bus, and decided to take a taxi but to Dubai (to the Ibn Batuta metro station). Taxi on the counter cost 147 dirhams for 4 people. That is, for a couple of 73. And then by metro to the hotel 13 dirhams for two. And to sum it up: the road to the park cost us two there: 100 dirhams, back 86, total 186 ($50) for two. It's much cheaper than going on a guided tour (aladdin offers $110 per person, $60 of which is a fare per person).

Aqua Park Wild Wadi is just a fairy tale. We had a great time riding the slides all day.
The safari is very cool, do not pinch the money for an ATV, super, I screamed all 15 minutes when I went with my husband. A bunch of impressions, it's not as boring as in Egypt.
Sheikh Zayed Mosque - there are simply no words, only desires to return there.
Shops - we were in malls, gold, fish markets and Nasser square, etc. just to see, the prices are at our level, and if you want to buy non-Chinese garbage, you still need to look where to buy it : ))).
And 2 weeks is definitely not enough. My personal opinion, if you are not an oligarch and you are flying to Dubai for the first time, then you will not have enough time for good, thoughtful and not expensive purchases, or they will sell you garbage, unless of course you want to see the sea and all other attractions.
For the second time, if we eat, then we can think about a fur coat and something else : ).
In general, the rest is just super, I did not want to return home. I really want to come here again. Perhaps even in this hotel, for such money, for 2 weeks, I can no longer stay anywhere else.
