Caesar's Resort Experience: May 2019. The hotel as a whole is not bad, but what we expected from it was not there. The territory is good, shared by 2 hotels, beautiful view, the sea is slightly restless (there were days when it was very dangerous to swim, although our friends who lived in Rixos on a palm tree on the same day claimed that they had a calm sea). Since the occupancy of the hotel is low, there are a lot of free sunbeds. Check-in: arrived at 23:30, the room is normal, pluses are beach slates and soft white slippers and a beach bag, good soap accessories. The view from the standard room is just terrible on the road, and across the road there are residences, without vegetation. With a good view, only for a surcharge in the region of 5000 thousand, although they could provide it for free, go to a meeting, because the hotel is half empty. We changed the room, the view does not really matter, but this view definitely spoils the whole mood. Food, we have HB. The breakfasts were good but nothing special. Same as Rixos. No freshly squeezed juices! There is one cooler called fresh juice, there is orange juice, but it is not freshly squeezed. The waiters carry it as fresh, but it doesn’t look like fresh, I found a Russian-speaking girl and she told me, yes, they really don’t have freshly squeezed juices. Dinner is very weak for me, from what I like there was nothing, namely seafood. From seafood every other day, grilled trout of the same type and snacks: 1) snack -2 boiled shrimp, 2) snack - smoked, not even fresh red fish and EVERYTHING !!! ! For dinner, only desserts are delicious, I really liked them. Upon check-in, they explained to us that you can also replace your dinner with a restaurant in the HK palace (health kitchen) and in your hotel, with an additional charge of + 100AED per person and taste their excellent cuisine. But it was not there, the main menu is only for money with full payment. And we even with an additional charge of 300AED (for three) have a separate mini menu, where only risotto and spaghetti and again no steaks and seafood.
P. s. Very poor kitchen included in half board. Service: apparently the hotel is still new and while the service is definitely lame. Little things in the room had to wait for an hour, sometimes they called and reminded. With restaurants, we were also misinformed, they said that there was an additional charge for the main menu, but in fact this is not so. The room was cleaned 2 times a day, the towels that we left on the floor were lifted and put back on the shelf, we noticed because the towels were damp.
