We rested in this hotel with two families with children 7 and 4 years old for the new year.
I liked the hotel, the rooms are two-room apartments with an equipped kitchen, which was very useful. Breakfast at the hotel is unsuccessful, once a week we went for breakfast and the rest of the days we had breakfast in the room. The store is very close, the prices are adequate, they bought everything to their taste there and had a great breakfast at home.
The rooms are clean, they cleaned well, if there were dirty dishes in the sink - they washed them, they responded to any requests at the hotel quite quickly (on request they brought bathrobes, adapters for sockets, the lock on the front door was junk - everything was repaired).

The hotel is located near the metro station, we bought silver cards, but did not fully use it. It was not expensive for us to take a taxi for our two families (4 adults and 2 children were taken without problems, they refused once, but a larger car immediately ate up). There are no problems with transport at all. The only advice, if you are going to take a taxi, take the hotel's business card at the reception, otherwise many taxi drivers do not know the hotel.
We didn’t use the pool at the hotel (small), we went to the sea to Jumeirah Beach (free beach) - normal, great view of the sail hotel, went to the beach on Dubai Marina near the Hilton hotel - great! travel no more than 10 minutes.
In general, the location of the hotel is very good.
About the New Year: there was no New Year's Eve dinner at the hotel, which suited us very much, but the guide offered various New Year's options for normal money.
A nice bonus from the hotel, on New Year's Eve they opened an observation deck over the pool on the roof of the hotel and we watched the fireworks from there at Burj Khalifa, Atlantis and from Dubai Marina. The spectacle is magnificent!
For a week we visited the observation deck on the Burj Khalifa, went skiing in the Emirates Mall, swam in the sea (water 22-23 degrees), rode the City Bus bus (the price includes walks along the bay), visited a desert safari (I recommend! ), visited the aquarium in Dubai Mall, and of course shopping (not shocked - it's cooler in Europe)
In conclusion, I will say that the hotel is very good for combining beach and sightseeing holidays.
We thank the Sevastopol agency "Sonata-travel" for organizing the tour and choosing a hotel, a free transfer from Kyiv railway station to Boryspil airport was a nice bonus. Thanks for a great New Year's Eve! We liked the country, we will be back.
