We have already visited this hotel twice.
I gave an excellent rating, because of course and undoubtedly the service has changed for the better. There were no problems with accommodation - at first they offered the 2nd floor, and then on 17, but we agreed to a slightly smaller number - yes, the view is beautiful and the Sail Burj Khalifa and Palma. We had enough breakfasts - the most relevant for us is porridge with honey for a child and an omelet with ham.
All issues (additional bed, safe, hairdryers, adapters, etc. ) were resolved with Tatiana in 5 minutes on the first day. There were no more questions. only tips.
We were already with a child of 5 years and therefore did not turn on the air conditioner at all. And the weather was amazing - mild. warm summer + 25 . . + 28 Sea water + 24, in the pool + 30. It was impossible to get my daughter out.
We advise children to go to the Al Ain oasis - a green town with hot springs and most importantly
