I celebrated my birthday in December. The weather is very comfortable.
I don't see any disadvantages. There is only one - it's an elevator! You have to wait a long time.

Location: the best. Nearby there is everything, shops, shopping malls, metro, fast food.
Sea: warm 26, white sand. The beach is next to the hotel.
Service: there were 3 compliments from the hotel to the room. Very nice!
