My husband and I stayed at the end of September. We went at random, at the last moment we booked a tour at the Sanmar agency. So we got on well. And they didn't regret it. We liked the hotel, the husband said that next time we would go to NAVRAZ again, and of course I support him. The hotel is far from the center, but it is impossible to imagine a 4-star, new, brand new hotel in the heart of the city. Grocery stores are very close, everything is at hand. An exchange office with a good exchange rate across the road from the hotel, and in the hotel itself it is not very profitable to change money. There are a lot of new construction around the hotel, but it did not bother us at all. The hotel is brand new, not a big pool on the roof, but just clean. There are many Russians in the hotel, so the staff speaks good Russian. The rooms are large and spacious, a huge bed, good furniture, internet in every room, snow-white linen, a comfortable kitchen, everything is just SUPER! We paid $10 for a room and were placed on the top floor with a great view of the city. The staff is nice and friendly, everyone is smiling. Linen is changed on request, towels are changed every day. Food without much frills, simple, satisfying, tasty. But delicious juices, fruits. As a result, we returned with a positive margin. Thank you Sanmar for a great stay.
