Going downstairs, the elder offered us more free breakfasts and a fruit basket in the room : ) When I asked why we were not immediately offered another room at night, there was no answer.... in general, on our persistent desire to get a full checkout, we were given back only the tour fee for 2 unused days and we left.... settled in 2 stars and it was better for us than in these 4....
