I rested with my mother in this hotel for 10 days from 07/24/3013. We flew from Kyiv. We are resting in the UAE for the second time. I read a lot of reviews, so everything is in order point by point)
1. Hotel and territory) We lived in the 3rd tower on the 13th floor (at the request we settled there). At the reception there are Russian-speaking guides who do not speak English. The room is large, spacious, everything you need is there! Cleaned every day, everything is clean already shines. The room has a balcony, though small, but still there. Clothes dryer, free safe! I'll attach a photo of the number. Restaurant on the 1st floor, very convenient. In general, the room is good. )
2. Nutrition. food varied and uniform at the same time. Breakfast from 7-10 am, dinner from 19-23.00. In the lobby of the hotel, opposite the central entrance, there is a door to the street, going out there you immediately find yourself at the entrance to the supermarket. Everything is there, more expensive by 1-2 dirhams than in other stores.
3. Transport. Buses to the beach go in the morning starting at 7.30 the first and last at 16.30 in the evening. intersexuality 1.5-2 hours. There was always enough space. If there were many who wanted to go, a second bus was served. Attention! ! if according to the schedule it is written that the bus leaves at 7.30 - it is it that leaves EXACTLY on time. Come in 5-7 minutes. There are no problems from the beach to the hotel. everything is right on time. As for the bus to Dubai or Sharjah, the same thing, everything runs clearly on certain days. We went to Sharjah by taxi to the City Center. Paid 27 dirhams.
4. Beach. Hotel beach, no locals. There are toilets, air-conditioned changing rooms, and fresh water showers. Sun loungers and towels with umbrellas for free! The last ones left. The driver didn't know or had any idea where our hotel was at all! We saw it ourselves and explained how to get there! ) But it's nothing. Like everyone else, the next day we had to wait for a girl-guide at 8.00 in the lobby! ))) Neither at 7.50 nor at 8.00 nor at 8.30 nor at 9.00 she was not! Of course, we were not upset because we were in the UAE. But if people come for the first time, who will tell them everything and explain... irresponsible !!! ! So in the next 9 days we never saw our guide! That's how they work) Tours were taken from local guides. 6. Entertainment! ) We went to Dubai, Sharjah to shopping centers. Everything is fine, we have seen enough, we have been stingy) They will offer you to go to CHINA Mall! We thought about going, but according to the stories of people, we did not dare. It's just wasted time. This is China made in China.
