On the positive side, it is located in the city center (but there is nowhere to go out - small supermarkets and one store), there is a free shuttle to Abu Dhabi Mall. At the reception, the Russian-speaking girl Elizaveta is very responsive, you can contact for all questions. Cleaning daily, everything is tolerable. There is a small area and a small beach.
More on the disadvantages.
Food - you will not be hungry, but on the third day everything gets boring. Everything is seasoned and filled with gravy. Everything tastes the same. Do not expect seafood - for 10 days they did not give it even once (in other hotels there are mountains of shrimp, mussels, langoustines, etc. daily). Separate theme of the sea! Everything you see in the photo was taken several years ago and has not been updated. About 5 years ago, a bridge and an artificial island were built here, on which there are two towers. All this construction separates a lot of water and in front of you is a small puddle like a pool. In principle, there is where to swim, the descent into the water is excellent, but you need to be prepared for this.
People waiting on arrival to open the window and get high from the sea view are in shock for the first minutes. By the way, there are no balconies. Or as they are called - a French balcony - a step made a swimsuit hung up and that's it. The rooms are outrageously old! The smell in the room musty - like in a second hand store. For the entire period of stay, it did not fade. All things stink.
In general, all these delights can be tolerated for a very small amount of money. We paid 120.000 for two, and only then, after talking with people vacationing in other hotels, did we find out that there are much cheaper options (for example, 80.000) and many times better in all respects. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
The hotel itself is located in a private lagoon in the center of Abu Dhabi and within walking distance of the shopping and business districts. The hotel has outdoor pools, a gym and a lot of restaurants and cafes.
The very first thing that catches your eye is marble! It feels like everything is made from marble in the hotel. We got a luxurious room, even the bathroom here was in marble! Plus an unforgettable view of the wonderful city!
The territory is gorgeous! Lots of variety of food, most of all, of course, we liked seafood and local dishes. You can eat both outdoors overlooking the ocean and indoors.
You can relax in the pools near the palm trees, and in the sauna, and even in the gym. In the evenings, we also did not get bored here, music played and everyone danced.
What is most interesting is, of course, the local flavor and culture. The hotel was mostly used by wealthy sheikhs and businessmen. Everything is beautiful in the city, the air of wealth and relaxation. There are many local traditions, it is very interesting when you get acquainted with such unusual traditions and culture.
We were satisfied with the trip! The UAE is an unusual country for recreation, but at the same time hospitable and beautiful!
Rooms in the hotel are in the old classic style, without frills and modern details. The balconies in the rooms are small, the view from the rooms to the beach, the bay or the city. The reception has Russian-speaking staff. The service is average without pretensions to impeccability. Mostly guests over 40 and Russian tourists stay at the hotel, due to the affordable price of the hotel. The hotel has many different restaurants, good and varied cuisine and theme nights and dinners.
All garbage (from the construction site) ends up in the water.
The territory is small
The food is excellent, varied (for lovers of Japanese cuisine, a varied selection of food is always provided for breakfast and lunch).
Ceilings are low
Standard rooms are very small.
The hotel has a convenient location
there is a disco in the hotel (open until 2 o'clock), many guests come.

Excuetive rooms - not big
