This is my first trip to the UAE. Neither the country nor the hotel disappointed us. All at the highest level. Settled in 30 minutes. after arrival, no one kept up to the established norm for the time of settlement. Met with a smile, all told, shown, explained. Cleaning daily, food to slaughter (everyone who is on a diet, this hotel is not for you), the staff - from top managers to the gardener - all friendly and smiling.

I recommend the hotel. Suitable for those who want to be full, calm, rested. A big thank you to all the hotel staff!

The check-in took place on time. We chose this hotel because it is quite new, we decided to try to relax in this place. The food is good, the service in general, too. Children's animation is perfect. There were questions before the room service, but they were resolved very quickly at the reception. On the beach there is sand, sunbeds, umbrellas, towels are changed without restrictions.

The check-in took place on time. We chose this hotel because it is quite new, we decided to try to relax in this place. The food is good, the service in general, too. Children's animation is perfect. There were questions before the room service, but they were resolved very quickly at the reception. On the beach there is sand, sunbeds, umbrellas, towels are changed without restrictions. Sunset is convenient. There is a large swimming pool, bars. There are no shops or pharmacies nearby, but there is an organized transfer from the hotel to them.

On October 29, my daughter and I flew to Sadiat Island to a new hotel.....! Everything pleased the hotel itself and the beach with clear sea. But this is at first glance.....We were put in a room with the smell of a public restroom...... Or rather, like a public toilet on the street. A complete violation of plumbing standards - the hotel was apparently made as if it were! the owners of the hotel did not even think about the fact that poisoning with focal gases leads to serious health problems, up to death, it is especially dangerous for children, since they are a dangerous mixture of such gases like ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide.

My appeal to the reception, listen not once, but many, ended with the fact that now we will decide everything and in the end nothing !!!! ! We did not sleep at night, in the morning we ran to the beach. The wind rose and the umbrellas under which everyone was lying fell off one umbrella fell on the child. Mom managed to catch him, and the other umbrella flew at my daughter and hit her on the head with a heavy iron base! Natural concussion.....displacement of 1.2 cervical vertebra! Fortunately, I myself am a doctor and immediately took action, they came to a smelly room, my daughter lay down to relax and then the fire alarm howled! I run again to the reception, they promise me to change the room, take some measures within 10 minutes, but alas, this is all just a hoax !! ! Again I go to the reception, they promise to change the room.....we are waiting until 4 pm, it seems we decided I went to look at the room, everything worked out, I explain to the young man that we will go for dinner and move...... But it’s too early to rejoice, after dinner they tell me that you refused the room and they settled it and there are no rooms! I don’t want to describe all the dialogues, but in hotels everyone lies, they shove each other on top of each other, they absolutely don’t care about the honor of the hotel and not the vacationers themselves!!!!! ! Tomorrow they promised to take action again........And, it’s impossible to call the reception or come up, everyone makes noise, swears, sorts out the relationship and many have problems !!! ! they don't care anymore. So if you want to get stress and problems instead of rest and relaxation for your not small money, you are welcome here!!! !

In a la carte restaurants, the food is bad, they brought dessert, which looks like someone poked it with a fork before us. The sea is clean and beautiful, but the waves are washed out. On the beach by the sea, a bar with water and a shower is not equipped, everyone with packages runs for a drink to the pool ???? .
If you know what a comfortable vacation is in the Emirates, I do not advise you to think about this hotel!

The hotel is just everywhere chic and luxury. Every millimeter of the area is saturated with wealth. The staff is very helpful, they really want to help. Room with a fashionable renovation, modern appliances and a bathroom. Meals in the restaurant are only the best dishes, expensive meat, seafood, sweets. To be honest, I wanted to try everything, but it's physically impossible. I liked the restaurant serving so much that I couldn't help but take pictures of all the food. There is an ideal beach that is located next to the hotel. On the beach there are also sun loungers and umbrellas and towels. The sand is so fine that it was like walking on clouds. Beach service is also at a high level. There was always a waiter offering drinks and snacks, bringing cold water. I liked that the stay in the hotel was calm and as good as possible. Despite the fact that the completion is underway, but this did not interfere with us at all. The hotel declared itself very well, we hope that it will always be like this. And next year we will choose it again.
