We chose a hotel for a long time and stopped at Redisson. Despite the fact that the hotel is focused not on tourists, but on business people, we were very satisfied! The main thing for us was to live close to the Ferrari Park and the newest and largest water park in the East - Yas Waterworld. Impressions from staying in them have become the most vivid! We bought tickets to the parks at the hotel, which is very convenient and did not make us stand in line at the box office. We traveled on our own (not without the help of reviews on Turpravda), we did not buy excursions. At the same time, they visited Abu Dhabi - the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, the Corniche, the Tower in the Marina Mall, an ethnographic village; Dubai - Atlantis Aquarium, Monorail, Dubai Mall and Fountains, Metro, Dubai Museum, Gold Souk and Spice Market, Abra ride across the Creek; Al Ain - the largest zoo in the Emirates, the oasis of Al Ain, the home of Sheikh Zayed. We traveled mostly by public transport.
Arriving at the hotel, we were met at the reception by a Russian-speaking girl (unexpectedly for us), whom we told about our preferences in the room and after 5 minutes we went up to our room. In order not to leave a deposit, they asked to remove everything from the minibar and turn off the phone, except for the internal line. The view from our window was on the Formula 1 track and the hotel, which is populated by racers and fans during the races. Standard double room, which has a bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, desk, small dining table, plasma TV, iron, ironing board, safe, kettle, bathrobes, slippers. Every day they brought water 1.6l - 1 bottle. and 600ml - 2 bottles, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cream, shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner. Room cleaning - daily, to change bed linen you need to put a sign on the bed. Tip for cleaning (1 dollar or 5 dirhams) once left on the edge of the table - did not take! The next time they laid on the bed - they took it away. True, the last couple of days the guys forgot to pick up dirty towels, but these are, of course, trifles, this is so, by the way.
Breakfasts (and we took only them, because we explored the expanses of the UAE all day until late at night) were excellent. As in many other hotels, the dishes are the same every day, but there are so many of them that we did not have time to get bored. You need to walk 15 minutes to the beach and it is open from 10 to 19 - for us this was a disadvantage, because. at 11.00 the sun is already active, I would like to go to the beach earlier. Therefore, we were on the beach only 2 times, but the beach itself is very good, equipped with everything you need, towels are given upon presentation of a voucher from the hotel. The sand is white, water is the color of "sea wave", shells are beautiful, music, lifeguards control the actions of vacationers in the water, especially children. The pool is located in the courtyard of the hotel, divided by palm islands into 3 zones: for children, for families (the largest) and for adults (children were not allowed). There are enough sun loungers, you can take towels, there is a bar - cocktails are expensive, about 40 dirhams, but tasty. The terrace of the restaurant where we had breakfast also overlooks the pool.
On the second floor, you can use the sauna and jacuzzi for free, there are SPA treatments for an additional fee, although we never got there. 3 times a day, the hotel provides a shuttle - a free bus to Abu Dhabi to the Marina Mall, near the Yacht Club, the ethnographic village, the Corniche, near the Emirates Palace.
The hotel is good, the country is wonderful, the people are friendly and helpful. We will not stop admiring this country, this people who have achieved so much in a short time! It is difficult to return to the harsh everyday life of the motherland! I hope my review will help people in planning their vacation, as other reviews have helped me! Happy vacation!! !
