A wonderful hotel - yes, an excellent room (standard double) - yes, a beach - yes, swimming pools for adults - I prefer the sea, but I didn’t like anything from what I have, they are somehow uncomfortable. Everything is beautiful and modern. All that was needed - shampoos, gels, lotions, toothbrushes, paste, mouthwash, combs, shaving accessories, etc. , etc. was constantly replenished, before it ran out, and even twice a day. The hotel area is very small, I walked around the large pool - that's probably all, on the one hand - construction, on the other - a public paid beach. In the evenings, there was live music in the grill bar, that's probably all the entertainment. The hotel is very well suited for families with children (except for food, it seemed to me that it was difficult for them to choose food there). There are also "cons". The food is not distinguished by a large selection and variety, especially sweets, but there was quite a variety of fruits, few vegetables and salads, fish and seafood (which seemed strange to us). I don’t know why in a five-star hotel in order to change the bed, you had to put a special card on the bed, although in my opinion this should be done automatically. But in our room the bed was not changed, even with a tip. Changed on the last day before departure. There is one more unpleasant moment - the attitude of the staff in the restaurant and on the beach towards Russian-speaking tourists. The outright ignorance of the beach-boys was striking, which is unacceptable in a hotel of this level, regardless of whether you tip it or not. In the restaurant - the same thing, all foreign tourists will be shown free tables, shown and seated, they will immediately ask about drinks, the administrator deigned to take us once or twice for all the time. We are not conflict people and came to enjoy the rest, and not to spoil the nerves, so we did not express any complaints. When compared with a hotel of the same level in Ras al-Khaimah, where we rested last year, this hotel loses in all respects in terms of price-quality ratio. I will be glad if my review was useful
