Замечательный отель! Wonderful hotel!

The hotel is amazing - everything is top notch! Everything is beautiful and stylish. The rooms are excellent, the view from the windows from all sides is beautiful. Service is excellent, very attentive and friendly staff. You are always in the spotlight, no matter where you are: in the restaurant, at the reception, in the room - any issue is resolved in a matter of minutes, they compromise. We had an unpleasant situation with a taxi driver, the administration from the hotel quickly settled everything - literally for a couple of minutes. Even through the inattention of the tour operator, we booked a small room, and we had a child with us, the administrator changed it for us without any problems for a more spacious one (2-3 times more) without any additional payment. The food is excellent. We took only breakfasts, but the assortment of dishes was very pleasing - both the meat-eater, and the vegetarian, and the lover of dairy products, and the sweet tooth, and the capricious child will be satisfied! Among other things, the hotel is located, perhaps, in the most prestigious point of the city, next to a stunning promenade, the legendary Emirates Palace hotel, an amusement park, a shopping center and a mosque (not Sheikh Zayed, but also beautiful). Highly recommend, you will be satisfied!
