The staff at the reception is not professional and does not speak English well. Often they did not specifically answer questions, concealed information. For example, that the hotel has a free shuttle to the ski lifts and back. I found out about this by chance only on the 3rd day of my stay. And at the reception, I was told that you can only get to the ski lifts by the municipal ski-bus, which travels when it wants (may not work at all for several days) absolutely not in accordance with the schedule. We walked for several days with skis and boots!! ! All in all, it was a real pain!
But the ski resort itself was great!! ! And in the end we were satisfied!
I recommend booking a hotel near the ski lift, so as not to depend on transport and not spoil your nerves and mood!
