Very convenient location of the hotel (in the heart of the city of Andorra La Vella - the capital of the Principality) next to the main shopping center Pyrenees, which comes even from other places in this wonderful ski resort.
All rooms in the hotel are 2-room. In a small hallway, in addition to the closet, there is a shelf on which an electric kettle with a service (tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and chocolate is updated daily).
In the living room: a desk with a chair, a coffee table, a 2-bed sofa (every morning, specially trained people assemble and lay out every evening), 2 small armchairs, 2 bedside tables, a suitcase, a medium-sized TV. Under the TV cabinet, a stocked mini-bar (replenished every morning). Everything that is missing in the mini-bar in the morning will be credited to your account (payment on departure).
In the bedroom: a small TV, 2 one-and-a-half sofas shifted into a 2-bed, 2 bedside tables. Bed linen is changed daily.
Sliding doors in the living room and bedroom. Between the bedroom and the bathroom there is a second corridor with another closet and a safe (free of charge).
In the bathroom: a large mirror, a sink, a full-fledged (cast-iron) bath, a large adjustable heated towel rail, all the necessary accessories (shampoo, gel, cream, toothbrushes (no paste), razor, shower cap, cotton pads and sticks, paper napkins) , hair dryer (large, but dries slowly), scales (cheating)). The toilet is separated from the bathroom by a sliding door and, in addition to the toilet bowl and bidet, it also has a soft mother-of-pearl stool (for what purpose?! )), a hanger with an additional set of towels, and 2 large terry bathrobes.
There are separate air conditioners in the bedroom and in the living room (it is better to turn it off at night - it makes noise). The interior of the room is not chic, but tasteful. In some places there are cracks on the walls, but this is already for nitpicking.
It looks like the source of heating is central air conditioning (we didn't see any others).
If you lay out things around the perimeter of the room to dry in the evening, they will dry by morning. Everything dries quickly on a towel dryer.
The audibility between the rooms is low (the neighbors did not bother us - we did not hear them).
The only minus in the room is the cold floor (the whole room has cold laminate on the floor, bathroom and toilet without floor heating
(but in the corridors on the floor the floor is very heated)).
The problem is removed if you were given (if not, contact the reception - they will give you) slippers (white))).
The food (we had breakfast and dinner) was excellent.
Breakfast - buffet (a good selection of cold appetizers, 2 types of scrambled eggs, fried vegetables and various sausages and bacon, etc. , juices, kefir, milk, various dairy products, pastries, bread (no black)), fruits (fresh vegetables at breakfast no), tea, cocoa, hot milk, various cereals and jams, coffee (pressed - you cook it yourself in a coffee machine). That lonely bowl at the far wall in the section of meat, cheeses, and sausages is rice porridge sprinkled with cinnamon))
Dinner - menu, service (average time for a 3-course dinner is about an hour). Every day you are offered a variety of 4 types of snacks (salad, pasta, cream soup, etc. ). Main (hot) dishes, also 4 types (meat and fish are served with a side dish, pizza, etc. ). Dessert of 3 types - 2 variables (fruit, mousses, etc. ) and 1 constant (day cake)
For each room, 1 bottle is free of charge. wine and 1 bottle. water for dinner (wine and water are served cold, if asked, they will bring room temperature). As we were told by the hotel staff, "children" under 19! years stay in the room (with parents) for free, and children under 12 years old also have free breakfast.

The hotel staff is attentive and friendly. Respond quickly to requests and complaints (if any).
They speak mainly Spanish, not everyone understands English and they also speak Russian, only a few simple words are spoken in Russian))
Boards and skis can be left at the reception (they will remove and give out themselves).
In the hotel lobby on the 1st floor there is free Internet (2 computers, keyboard without Cyrillic). On the 1st floor there is a bar with a separate exit to the central street of the city.
Very cozy and quiet hotel with a convenient location and comfortable conditions. We were a family (mother, father, 8-year-old daughter) and were very pleased (especially the daughter, who dragged sweets from all the numerous vases placed everywhere).
With great pleasure we will go to this hotel again and again.
