We wanted to go to Abkhazia, we chose a hotel, we liked the photos, it was stated that the sea is nearby, there are sun loungers and umbrellas, everything is free, there is a cafe, we asked for a room on the ground floor. three of us were traveling and with us was a woman with sore legs. They sent us a video, everything seems to be fine. We arrived and went straight to the beach and what we saw there: the sun loungers were knocked out of pallets and painted white, the umbrellas were broken, the beach was all dirty, a pile of rubbish and cow cakes, and all this is not so close to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel, they forgot to book us at all, although we made an advance payment of 30% in advance, of course, what kind of ground floor could we talk about. They wanted to stay for a day, they found a room in which there was terrible dampness and mold, but an hour later those people arrived for whom this reservation was made and they began to evict us screaming, and we wanted to eat and were already sitting in a cafe. I have never seen such horror anywhere, rude, yelling, threatening. And it's all called service. . .
