We visited all the hotels, and now we decided to relax at the Alex Beach Hotel on the Christmas holidays in 2015 in the Suite room. Externally, the hotel is beautiful, the staff is polite, and that's it! Cons - The first thing that the Suite room does not correspond to its status is the following - the room is so cold that we slept in warm clothes. Split does not pull at all. Then my husband cleaned it (here is the service ! ! we clean and clean it ourselves) He began to work at full power. But no one could fix the cracks in the balcony door! Curtains from the wind went "shaking". And accordingly, in the summer in this room it will be hot, and the cold will not hold. This room was 218-LUX!! ! The sofa for the child was made of springs that stuck out over the entire surface, and the creak was incredible, hard, uncomfortable. Just awful! A kettle is not provided.
The second is a banquet, which was MANDATORY! We paid (2 adults + 1 child) 6.500 rubles. Everyone left the banquet hungry, even the child. And it turns out at every stage there was theft. And as a result, there were 1 people on the table - Snack - 2 pieces of olives, 2 pieces of cold cuts - thin! , 3 pieces of cheese 1 * 1 cm, salted mushrooms - 1 tablespoon. Then for 10 people (because there were 10 people at the table) - Olivier Salad 1 serving (150-200 gr) for ALL !!!! . Eggplant roll 8 pieces in total. Someone didn't like it. The answer is no, we do not accept orders. What's on the table is what you eat! With all this, they removed the dinner before the banquet (saving! ) Having paid 6.500 for the banquet, we left hungry, but how to tell the child. The restaurant at the hotel no longer accepted orders for the kitchen. It was a shock for us! Where to feed the child. Third - the next day we went to a restaurant and ordered a "grilled loin" - what was our surprise when they brought boiled meat dried on the grill! And the prices are not small - restaurant prices! Fourth, food Swedish line is one name. The two first courses are "Kharcho" and "Vegetable Soup". The second - "Pasta", "Buckwheat", "Chicken Wings" Choose !! ! Salad - boiled beets and carrots boiled with cheese and mayonnaise. Dessert - tangerines. Coffee or tea - this is not there, wait for the morning or order at a restaurant for an extra charge. fee.
